(a) No taxicab permit holder shall knowingly permit an operator to drive on the streets of the city if such operator has not complied with all the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Permit holders shall ensure that operators possess, and properly display, their taxicab operator’s license at all times while they operate a taxicab. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
