(a) Upon receiving valid notice of complaint as described in section 23-46 of this title, the taxicab administrative agency shall forward a copy of the same to the operator and permit holder, if different, alleged to have committed the violation.
(b) Upon receiving notice of complaint, the operator and permit holder, if different, shall provide the taxicab administrative agency a written notice to defend within ten (10) days.
(c) Failure to provide notice of intent to defend within ten (10) days shall result in the sustaining of the complaint as though a hearing had taken place. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
