Any person who shall feel himself aggrieved by any ruling or action of the commission under any regulation as to the registration or operation of taxicabs in the city shall have the right to appeal to the mayor and board of aldermen and to request a hearing. Such appeal and request for hearing must be made in writing within ten (10) days of the challenged ruling or action. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
