(a) The board of aldermen may, by resolution, provide for the creation of special taxicab parking locations known as taxicab stands.
(b) Taxicab stands shall operate as a restricted area, within which parking of any motor vehicle, animal-drawn vehicle, or any other type of conveyance not defined as a taxicab within this chapter shall not be permitted. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
