(a) No passenger after securing the services of a taxicab and upon reaching his point of destination shall refuse to pay or attempt to avoid payment of the fare.
(b) Violation of this section constitutes a municipal infraction subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and restitution to the owner of the taxicab for the amount of the fare which the passenger failed to pay. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
