(a) The fee for an initial taxicab driver’s license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) and the renewal fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year. All fees shall be prepaid upon submission of the application and are nonrefundable.
(b) Upon satisfactory proof that a taxicab operator’s license has been lost, the taxicab administrative agency shall issue a duplicate license to the operator upon payment of a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
