(a) Each applicant for a new taxicab operator’s license shall be fingerprinted at a location designated by the taxicab administrative agency and pay an administrative fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
(b) All applicants for a new or renewal taxicab driver’s license shall pay the administrative fee listed in the fee schedule for a criminal records check conducted by the Maryland State Police at such time designated by the taxicab administrative agency. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
