(a) Taxicab permit cards shall be displayed publicly at all times in a conspicuous place in the taxicab for which it is issued and shall be subject to inspection at any time by and upon demand of the Frederick Police Department or any other law enforcement agency.
(b) Violation of this section is declared to be a municipal infraction. The penalty for violation shall not exceed the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation. Each separate day that a violation remains uncorrected is a separate violation subject to the fine noted above. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
