(a) The initial fee for purchase of a taxicab permit shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each permit. The annual renewal fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). All costs are exclusive of any application fee or other administrative costs.
(b) All fees shall be paid within ten (10) business days to the taxicab administrative agency after notice has been provided to the applicant regarding that permit’s availability.
(c) Failure to make payment as required by subsection (b) of this section shall forfeit any rights an applicant may have to such permits. (Ord. No. G-04-10, 6-3-04)
