(a) Each horsedrawn carriage business shall file with the authority at the time of application proof of general liability insurance coverage for the duration of the licensing period in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).
(b) Violation of this section is declared to be a municipal infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed four hundred dollars ($400.00) and/or the suspension or revocation of the horsedrawn vehicle permit. (Ord. No. G-94-75, § 1, 10-6-94)
