The following regulations and conditions shall be observed by those persons who are issued a license under this article:
(a) The license issued to the applicant shall be clearly and prominently displayed in or on any wagon, pushcart, boat or other movable structure or fixed location used as previously described in this article.
(b) All other licensees under this article shall wear the license issued to them clearly and prominently displayed upon their person while engaged in the selling or offering for sale of any merchandise or commodities.
(c) With the exception of city-sanctioned special events, hours of operation for all those persons licensed under this article shall be between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and dusk each day during the license period.
(d) Each person issued a license under this article shall provide, at their own expense, separate containers for the disposal of recyclable and nonrecyclable refuse, and shall remove both containers and dispose of said refuse at the end of each business day.
(e) In residential zoned areas, all licensees under this article shall move their location at least once every two (2) hours, and shall not relocate within the same block of the street within the same day. (Ord. No. G-94-14, § 1, 6-16-94; Ord. No. G-97-33, § 1, 10-16-97)
