It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of a vendor or peddler of any goods, wares or merchandise without first obtaining a license as provided in this article, unless specifically exempted by provisions of this article. (Ord. No. G-94-8, § 1, 6-16-94)
