Chapter 22 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS*
ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 22-7.1. Sales from parked vehicles.
(a) It shall be unlawful to sell or attempt to sell anything from
a vehicle parked along any street. Any such vehicle so parked shall be impounded
upon refusal of the owner or driver to remove said vehicle.
(b) This
section shall not apply to the sale of locally grown produce in season from
vehicles on streets in areas that are zoned for any commercial use. Said
vehicle(s) shall not be located so as to impede traffic flow or endanger the
public safety.
(c) Violation of the provisions of this section shall
constitute a municipal infraction punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars
