It shall be unlawful for any person to make any open gutter for conveying water across any sidewalk. Violation of this section is declared to be a municipal infraction. The penalty for violation shall be the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (Code 1953, § 18.6; Ord. No. G-80-25, § 1, 7-17-80)
