It shall be unlawful for any person to place and/or deposit snow in or upon any streets, sidewalks or other public ways. Violation of this section is declared to be a municipal infraction. The penalty for violation shall be the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (Ord. No. G-82-12, § 1, 7-8-82)
