Chapter 22 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS*
ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 22-15. Destroying, etc., warning lamps or lanterns.
No person shall remove, extinguish, injure or destroy any lamp or
lantern placed at any pile of bricks, stones, lumber or other material left in
any of the streets of the city during the night, for the purpose of designating
the same. Violation of this section is declared to be a municipal infraction.
The penalty for violation shall be the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
