(a) For purposes of sections 22-28.1 through 22-28.8, non-motorized wheeled vehicle shall mean scooters, skateboards, in-line skates, rollerskates, rollerblades, bicycles and any other vehicle with one or more wheel(s) that is propelled by human power.
(b) For purposes of sections 22-28.1 through 22-28.8, historic district shall mean that geographic area of the City of Frederick as set forth by the code of the city as hereafter amended.
(c) For purposes of sections 22-28.1 through 22-28.8, negligent manner shall mean operating in a careless or imprudent manner that endangers any property or the life, safety or person of any individual. (Ord. No. G-03-22, 12-18-03)
