(a) The provisions of section 22-28.1 shall not apply to any pathway throughout the city, including Baker Park, or any other facilities specifically provided by the city for non-motorized wheeled vehicle operation and/or to any events in those public areas during those times and at those locations as authorized by the mayor and board of aldermen.
(b) Sections 22-28.1 through 22-28.8 shall not apply to the bicycle patrol of the Frederick City Police Department or any other city enforcement officer or agency. (Ord. No. G-03-22, 12-18-03)
