Sec. 21-8. Removal of Ethics Commission member.


A member may be removed by the board of aldermen, after a hearing, for:
(1) neglect of duties;
(2) misconduct in office;
(3) a disability that makes the member unable to discharge the powers and duties of office; or
(4) a violation of this chapter.
