It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, barter or exchange, or offer for sale, barter or exchange, in or upon any of the streets within the city or in front of any theatre or place of entertainment in the city, any ticket of admission to any theatre or place of entertainment, unless such ticket is sold, bartered or exchanged or offered for sale, barter or exchange as aforesaid at the same price as offered at the box office, ticket office or by the manager or proprietor of such theatre or place of entertainment.
