Chapter 18 PUBLIC AMUSEMENTS*
ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 18-2. Same--Fees.
The license fees for the licenses required in the preceding section
shall be as follows:
(a) For a circus, one hundred dollars
($100.00).
(b) For any menagerie, rodeo or carnival, four hundred dollars
($400.00).
(c) For every sideshow at any menagerie, rodeo or carnival, three
dollars ($3.00).
(d) For any theatrical, dramatic or operatic exhibition
other than an ordinary musical concert, three dollars ($3.00).
(e) For rope
or wire dancing or puppet shows, three dollars ($3.00).
(f) For all other
public exhibitions or amusements other than racing or athletic events,
twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (Code 1953, § 14.2)
