Only drinking fountains or spigots of an approved type shall be permitted on the grounds where any outdoor circus, carnival or other mobile body conducts an exhibition under a permit provided for by this article. Single service drinking cups shall be provided in a sufficient quantity at all spigots. The use of common drinking cups or dippers and the practice of dipping drinking water or other drinks is prohibited. (Code 1953, § 14.14.)
