Sec. 16-8. Permits--Application.

Any master plumber or plumbing company may apply for and receive plumbing permits. When a company applies, one member of said company must submit a notarized affidavit stating that he is registered as a master plumber. One such registration shall be sufficient. All plumbing work done by the plumbing company shall be executed by or under the immediate personal supervision of the registered master plumber. Permits must be secured by the master plumber. Permits are required for hydronic heat and water conditioning equipment installation, however, a master plumber need not make the application. Permits must be completed in writing in full on such forms provided by the plumbing inspector. Payment in full of all fees and assessments properly due must accompany the application. (Ord. No. G-85-17, § 1 (Title 4, § 1), 12-12-85; Ord. No. G-89-3, § 1, 4-20-89)
