A person may not possess in an opened container an alcoholic beverage as defined in the Annotated Code of Maryland, article 2B, section 1-102(a)(2), as amended from time to time, on any of the streets or ways of the city. Violation of this section is declared to be a misdemeanor. The penalty for violation shall be a fine in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. No. G-80-34, § 1, 8-21-80; Ord.
