Notice of the existence of sections 15-9 through 15-15 and of the curfew regulations established by it shall be posted in, on or about such public or quasi-public places as may be determined by the mayor or the police department in order that the public may be constantly informed of the existence of sections 15-9 through 15-15 and their regulations.
