(a) The following areas are hereby designated ten (10) minute parking meter zones:
(1) On the east and west sides of South Market Street, from the end of the red lines at the corner square, in a southerly direction forty (40) feet.
(2) On the south side of East Patrick Street from the end of the red line at the intersection of East Patrick Street with South Market Street and projecting eastwardly from the end of the red line forty-two (42) feet.
(3) On the north side of East Patrick Street from the end of the red line at the intersection of East Patrick Street with North Market Street and projecting eastwardly from the end of the red line twenty-one (21) feet.
(4) On the south side of West Patrick Street from the end of the red line at the intersection of West Patrick Street with West Patrick Street and projecting westwardly from the end of the red line twenty-one (21) feet.
(5) On the west side of the North Market Street from the end of the red line at the intersection of North Market Street with West Patrick Street and projecting northwardly from the end of the red line forty-two (42) feet.
(6) On the east side of North Market Street, from the end of the present red line at the north side of the city hall building, in a southerly direction thirty (30) feet.
(b) The parking meters to be installed shall be painted red and shall be ten (10) minute meters. Persons using the above numerated areas shall comply with all sections of this Code prescribing for the regulation, operation and supervision of metered areas, which are not inconsistent herewith.
