The parking meter spaces established by this division may be used by those desiring to occupy the same with vehicles during the hours and on the days specified in section 13-65 by the payment of the amounts that are indicated on the individual meters. Such amounts may be increased or decreased in the future by appropriate motion by the mayor and board of aldermen. (Code 1953, § 10.111; Ord. No. G-70-12, § 1)
