Sec. 13-49. Designation.


The board of aldermen shall have the authority to designate those streets or portions thereof upon which it shall be lawful to load and unload. A written notification of the approved loading and unloading zones shall be immediately delivered to the director of public safety and the superintendent of parking who shall keep a full list and a map of those loading and unloading zones so designated in a permanent public file.
