All loading and unloading zones upon the streets where parking meters are present, shall be subject to all the provisions of sections 13-41 through 13-45, inclusive, but parking meters shall be erected therein, in accordance with the provisions of sections 13-50 through 13-53, inclusive, and sections 13-58 through 13-65, inclusive. The spaces shall be used as provided in sections 13-42 through 13-44, inclusive, upon the insertion of the proper coin in the meter as designated upon the meter, or otherwise posted in the loading and unloading zones.
