The board of aldermen may by resolution designate those streets and those times for which parking shall be prohibited so as to facilitate garbage collection, snow removal and street cleaning. Written notification of the terms of said resolution shall thereafter be immediately delivered to the director of public safety. Upon posting of the streets with notification of the restrictions as contained in said resolution, it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle in violation thereof. (Ord. No. G-74-13, § 1; Ord.
