ARTICLE II. STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING*
Sec. 13-33. Parking prohibited at all times.
The board of aldermen shall have the authority to designate those
streets or portions thereof upon which parking shall be prohibited at all times,
and may do so by unwritten resolution. A written notification of the resolution
shall thereafter be immediately delivered to the superintendent of parking who
shall see that the street or streets are properly marked and who shall keep a
full list of those locations so designated in a permanent public file within the
police department and parking department of the city. It shall be unlawful for
any person, except persons to whom special parking privileges have been granted
or reserved, to place, stand or park any motor vehicl e or other conveyance at
any time on any of such streets so designated. (Code 1953, § 10.93; 1961
