(a) Any person residing in the area as defined by the board of aldermen by resolution, may apply to the city for a resident parking permit (metered or nonmetered) for his or her passenger vehicle.
(b) The board of aldermen, by resolution, shall establish regulations for the efficient operation of the resident parking permit program. (Ord. No. G-05-06, § 1, 6-2-05)
