ARTICLE II. STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING*
Sec. 13-20. Enforcement of article.
The board of aldermen is hereby authorized to erect such signs as they
shall think proper giving notice of the parking regulations provided for in this
article and in any other ordinance hereafter passed regulating traffic. In order
to enforce the provisions of this article, city employees as designated by the
board of aldermen are hereby authorized and empowered to impound, tow, have
towed, and/or mark with chalk on the tires of any vehicle standing next to the
curb, designating the time any such vehicle is found parked on the street, and
such other mark or action authorized by the board of aldermen as they shall
think proper. No person shall erase any such marks while the vehicle remains
