ARTICLE II. LIVABILITY CODE FOR RESIDENTIAL RENTAL DWELLINGS*
Sec. 12.5-19 Right to appeal.
Petition. A person aggrieved by a decision of the code official
which has been made in connection with the enforcement or interpretation of any
provision of this code, or of a regulation adopted pursuant to this code, may
appeal the decision, in writing, within thirty (30) days to the director. The
director shall confer with the city engineer and the director of planning to
establish the rules and regulations for the rules and regulations for the appeal
