(a) Any person who violates any provision of this code shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) per day for each violation.
(b) Other penalties. A penalty ordered under this code is in addition to and is not a substitute for any other penalty authorized under federal, state or city law. (Ord. No. G-88-21, § .08, 12-8-88)
