(a) No person shall drive or move any truck or other vehicle within the city unless such vehicle is so constructed, covered or loaded so as to prevent any load, contents or litter from being blown or deposited upon any street, alley, roadway or other public place. Violation of this section is declared to be a municipal infraction. The penalty for violation shall be a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

(b) The violator shall remove any illegally dumped material within four (4) hours of notice of violation. In the event that the violator shall fail or refuse to comply within four (4) hours, he shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each successive twenty-four (24) hour period. At any time, it shall be lawful for the city to remove and dispose of the material and charge the cost to the violator. (Ord. No. 99-36, § 1, 7-15-99)
