The Downtown Commercial District shall be defined as including the commercial properties that front the following streets:

(a) Record Street;

(b) South Court Street--from West All Saints Street to West Patrick Street;

(c) North Court Street--from West Patrick Street to Second Street;

(d) North Market Street--from Patrick Street to Seventh Street, to include all corner properties adjoining the intersection of Seventh Street;

(e) South Market Street--from South Street, to include all corner properties adjoining the intersection of South Street, to Patrick Street;

(f) South Carroll Street--from East All Saints Street to East Patrick Street;

(g) North Carroll Street--from East Patrick Street to East Church Street;

(h) East Street--from East Patrick Street to Second Street;

(i) West All Saints Street--from South Bentz Street to South Market Street;

(j) East All Saints Street--from South Market Street to South Carroll Street;

(k) West Patrick Street--from South Bentz Street, to include all corner properties adjoining the intersection of Bentz Street, to Market Street;

(l) East Patrick Street--from Market Street to East Street, to include all corner properties adjoining the intersection of East Street;

(m) West Church Street--from North Bentz Street to North Market Street;

(n) East Church Street--from North Market Street to East Street;

(o) Council Street;

(p) West Second Street--from North Bentz Street to North Market Street;

(q) East Second Street--from North Market Street to East Street;

(r) West Third Street;

(s) East Third Street--from North Market Street to East Street;

(t) West Fourth Street;
