A person who violates any section of this chapter is guilty of a municipal infraction and is subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Code 1953, § 5.5; Ord. No. G-99-64, § 1, 10-21-99)
