Sec. 6-5. Procedure when infection suspected.


When suspicion arises as to the possibility of transmission of infection by an employee, the deputy state health officer is authorized to require any or all of the following measures, which, in his judgment, are necessary expedients under the circumstances for the prevention of the transmission of the infection:
(a) Immediate exclusion of the employee from the establishment.
(b) Immediate closing of the establishment concerned until no further danger of disease outbreak exists in the opinion of the deputy state health officer.
(c) Adequate medical examination of the employee and of his associates including laboratory examinations as indicated.
