(a) Appeals filed pursuant to section 5-25 of this article shall be submitted to the appropriate technical board specified in Table 1. The code official shall transmit to such board copies of all documents that constitute the record upon which the action appealed from was taken.
(b) Any person aggrieved of a decision of a technical appeals board may, within thirty (30) days of such decision, file a petition for judicial review in the circuit court for Frederick County in accordance with the Maryland Rules applicable to judicial review of administrative agency decisions.
