ARTICLE III. ADMINISTRATION
Sec. 5-24. Certificate of completion.
(a) The code official shall issue a certificate of completion upon
completion and approval of all required final inspection(s) for the
following:
(1) Permits issued pursuant to the building and mechanical codes
for which a certificate of occupancy is not required;
(2) Operation permits
issued pursuant to the fire prevention code;
(3) Permits issued pursuant to
the electrical code;
(4) Permits issued pursuant to the plumbing
code.
(b) The certificate of completion shall bear the signature of the code
official and specify the following:
(1) The address of the
building;
(2) The location within the building if for part of a
building;
(3) The edition of the code under which the certificate is
issued;
(4) The occupancy of the space covered by the permit;
(5) Any
special conditions;
(6) The applicable permit number(s); and
(7) The
type of permit.
(c) The certificate of completion shall be available for
inspection by the code official at any reasonable time. (Ord. No. G-05-18,
