Sec. 3-10. Leaving horses untied upon streets, etc.


It shall be unlawful for any person to permit a horse, whether hitched to a vehicle or not, to stand upon any street, highway, alley or public place without being securely tied, or in the immediate custody and under the control of the owner, driver or some competent person. Violation of this section is declared to be a municipal infraction. The penalty for violation shall be a fine in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Code 1953 § 3.10; Ord.
