The animal control officers are hereby empowered to take into custody and turn over to the Frederick County animal control center any stray, injured, sick or dead animals in accordance with the provisions of this article. (Ord. No. G-77-14, § 1, 11-3-77; Ord. No. G-97-53, § 1, 11-20-97)
