(a) The building code appeals board shall:
(1) Sit as a board of arbitration with respect to any disputes that arise involving an interpretation of provisions of the building code or the regulations promulgated thereunder; and
(2) Hear appeals of the issuance, transfer, renewal, refusal, suspension, revocation or cancellation of any permit or license issued pursuant to the building code. (Ord. No. G-05-18, § 5, 12-19-05)
