Three (3) members of the building code appeals board present at a meeting constitute a quorum, provided that such members include at least one registered architect and the engineer. The building code appeals board will elect a chairperson annually. Meetings will be held at the call of the chairperson. The building code appeals board may establish rules of procedure to govern the transaction of its business. (Ord. No. G-05-18, § 5, 12-19-05)
