(a) Members will be appointed by the mayor with the advice and consent of the board of aldermen.
(b) Each member of the building code appeals board shall serve a term of three (3) years, except that one of the Maryland Registered Architects first appointed shall serve an initial term of two (2) years.
(c) Members are eligible for reappointment.
(d) The mayor and board of aldermen shall fill any vacancy for the unexpired term of the vacant position. (Ord. No. G-05-18, § 5, 12-19-05)
