The position of park enforcement agent is hereby created and established for the city. Such agent shall be an employee of the city and shall report directly to the director of recreation and parks. Such enforcement agent shall hereby be authorized to issue citations for violations of municipal infractions. (Ord. No. G-02-18, § 1, 9-19-02)
