Any person who shall falsely register under the provisions of this law shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or be sentenced to imprisonment in the Frederick County Jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
