Editor's note.--This appendix consists of the air quality control regulations of the city, being an ordinance adopted January 18, 1973. A uniform system of capitalization has been employed and a frontal analysis has been added for the convenience of the user. Otherwise, the Air Quality Control Ordinance is set out herein exactly as originally adopted.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF FREDERICK, MARYLAND, AS THE SAME WAS
ADOPTED JULY 7, 1966, BY ADDING
APPENDIX H, ENTITLED "AIR
QUALITY CONTROL."

SECTION I: WHEREAS, it is hereby declared to be the policy of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Frederick, Maryland, to maintain that degree of purity of the air resources of Frederick City which will protect the health, general welfare and property of the people of Frederick City and in furtherance of these purposes to cooperate and coordinate these efforts with the Air Quality Control Program of the State of Maryland.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority of Article 43, Section 705, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, this Ordinance is adopted.
SECTION II: BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF FREDERICK CITY, MARYLAND, that the Frederick City Code be amended by adding Appendix H thereto to be entitled "Air Quality Control", to read as follows:
