Donna Kuzemchak is serving her third term as an Alderwoman for the City of Frederick. Donna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and has worked extensively in the Frederick County public school system as a volunteer and substitute teacher. She has also served as the Legislative Chair for the PTA Council of Frederick, served on County school committees, and has been President of two local Parent Teacher Associations (PTA). For the past two years she has worked as a substitute teacher within the City Of Frederick school system, primarily at Monocacy Elementary School. Donna also volunteers for a new non-profit group (TACT) to help educate autistic children. Donna is currently the Aldermanic liason for the Education Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission, city representative for the County Human Relations Commission and chairman of the Taxicab Commission. Donna is also a past member of the Planning Commission. Donna has lived in the City of Frederick since 1985 and continues to live in the city with her two sons. Along with her duties as Alderwoman, Donna and her business partner have just started an interior painting business called “All About Hue”.
